These are the terms for our workshops, bootcamps and services. Our software products have their own terms: The Dashboard — Terms and Conditions and Launchpad Pro — Terms of Service. Everything is listed on our Legal page.
The Free AI Workshop is free to attend. There is no deposit and we do not take your card details. Places are limited, so when a date is full you can join the waitlist and we will be in touch when the next one opens.
Bootcamp dates are agreed with you before or after payment - you can pay for a bootcamp on our site and pick a date with us afterwards. Need to move a date? Give us reasonable notice and we'll rearrange.
All payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Launchpad Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription. Monthly plans roll month to month and can be cancelled any time; yearly plans run for the year. Refunds and cancellation are set out in its Refund and Cancellation Policy.
The Dashboard is a one-off purchase, sold to businesses only, under its own Terms and Conditions of Sale and Licence.
We'll always do right by you. If something's not right, tell us and we'll fix it.
