Who we are

EARLY DART LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 16156441. Registered office: Tall Trees, Beehive Lane, Moulton, Northwich, Cheshire, CW9 8NT. This policy covers our website, our workshops and courses, our services, and our customer relationship with buyers of The Dashboard. If you use Launchpad Pro, our CRM platform, its own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement apply to the data you hold in it.

What we collect

When you enquire, book a seat or buy something: your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you tell us in your message. For Dashboard orders we also record your company or partnership number (or your business-use declaration if you are a sole trader), the computer we licensed and its licence key, and the version of the terms you accepted.

When we install or support The Dashboard: a record of each session — the date, who attended, what you asked us to do and what was done. We do not copy or keep your business data; the Dashboard runs on your own computer and does not send your business data to us.

When The Dashboard checks in: about once a month your copy of The Dashboard sends us a short check-in — the computer code, the licence key it holds, the identifying mark of the copy, the date it was built, who supplied it and the number of copies made from it. It contains none of your business data, files or customer details. The check-in arrives through a form on our website.

When you visit the site: cookies and similar technologies, explained in our Cookie Policy. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details never touch our website and we never see them.

What we use it for, and why we're allowed to

Replying to you and sorting your booking or order — because you have asked us to, or because we are carrying out a contract with you.
Providing, installing and supporting what you bought — to perform our contract with you.
Keeping order and session records — our legitimate interest in being able to show what was agreed and delivered, and to meet accounting and tax rules.
Licence keys and check-ins — our legitimate interest in making sure each copy of The Dashboard is licensed, and in offering updates to licensed copies.
Telling you about training, events and products — only if you have said yes, or if you are an existing customer and we are telling you about similar things. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us.
Advertising measurement — with your cookie consent, so we can see whether our ads work.
Telling Meta that an enquiry came in - when you send us an enquiry through a form on our website, our website tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that an enquiry was made, so we can see which of our adverts bring enquiries. This happens even if you said no to cookies, because it does not use cookies on your device. We send your email address, phone number and name in a scrambled (hashed) form, with the page and the time, and Meta uses them only to match the enquiry to an advert. This is our legitimate interest in knowing whether our advertising works. You can object at any time by emailing contact@earlydart.com.

Who we share it with

Enquiries and customer details are stored in our CRM, Launchpad Pro, which runs on the HighLevel platform and its providers (hosting in the United States under UK-approved safeguards). Payments go through Stripe. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta and Google receive the usual advertising signals. When you send an enquiry through our website, Meta also receives the scrambled (hashed) details described above. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere: 12 months. Customer and order records: six years after the last transaction, because tax law requires it. Installation and support session records: 24 months. Licence key and check-in records: six years after the last check-in. Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for marketing, or to send you a copy in a portable format. Email contact@earlydart.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, where we have your email address, let you know.
