Cookie Policy

EARLY DART LTD

Version 1.0 — Last updated: 13 September 2026

Where this policy applies

This policy covers earlydart.com, our public website, and crm.earlydart.com, where the Launchpad Pro Platform runs. Some cookies are set at the level of the earlydart.com domain and are therefore shared across both. The cookie table in section 4 was compiled from a review of both sites on 13 September 2026 and is reviewed at least every six months.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include pixels, tracking scripts, local storage, session storage and software development kits (SDKs). In this policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”.

2. The law

Under regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR) we must:

  • tell you what cookies we use and what they do; and
  • obtain your consent before setting any cookie, except those that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested.

Consent must meet the UK GDPR standard: freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous, given by a clear affirmative action. That means:

  • No pre-ticked boxes and no cookies set on page load other than strictly necessary ones
  • Rejecting must be as easy as accepting — a “Reject all” button must be as prominent as “Accept all” on the first layer of the banner
  • No cookie walls that deny access unless you accept non-essential cookies
  • Scrolling or continuing to browse is not consent
  • You can withdraw consent as easily as you gave it

3. Your choices

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page on earlydart.com. Your choice is stored in a preference cookie and applies across earlydart.com and crm.earlydart.com.

The Platform at crm.earlydart.com is a logged-in application. Its own cookies are strictly necessary for it to work, with the exception of the analytics cookie described in section 4.3, which you can decline through the Cookie Settings link on earlydart.com or by blocking it in your browser.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies will stop parts of the Platform working, including staying logged in.

Browser instructions: Chrome · Safari · Firefox · Edge

4. The cookies we use

4.2 Functional — set by Google account features

The Platform embeds Google services (sign-in, calendar and chat integrations). When those load, Google sets its own account and security cookies on its own domains (google.com, accounts.google.com). They are controlled by Google, not by us, and they are governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Cookie Set on Set by Purpose Duration

_fbc earlydart.com Meta Stores the click identifier from a Meta ad that brought you to the site 3 months
_gcl_au earlydart.com and platform service domain Google Ads Conversion tracking and linking clicks on Google ads to actions on the site 3 months

5. Cookies in your white-labelled sites and funnels

If you build websites, funnels or landing pages using Launchpad Pro, you are responsible for cookie compliance on those pages.

That means:

  • You must publish a cookie policy covering the cookies your pages set
  • You must implement a compliant consent banner before setting any non-essential cookie
  • You must ensure any tracking pixels you add — Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn — only fire after consent
  • You are the controller for that processing, and you are liable to the ICO if it is wrong

We provide the tooling. We do not configure your cookie compliance for you, and we do not check it.

6. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties. We do not control them, and their use of the data they collect is governed by their own privacy policies:

Provider Privacy policy
Google policies.google.com/privacy
Meta facebook.com/privacy/policy
Cloudflare cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Stripe stripe.com/gb/privacy
FullStory fullstory.com/legal/privacy-policy
HighLevel (platform provider) gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because there is no agreed standard for how they should be interpreted. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal of non-essential cookies.

8. Changes

We will update this policy when we add, remove or change cookies. Where the change involves a new category of non-essential cookie, we will re-request your consent. The “last updated” date shows when this version was published.
