The Dashboard is a different interface for how you talk to AI. It is not an AI itself, so every rule set by your AI provider still applies to you in full. AI is still experimental and cannot be right all the time, so results may vary and you should check anything it produces before you rely on it. Early Dart is not liable for any third-party interaction, including any app, programme, website or the internet. Anything that happens with a third-party programme, for example Claude, is not the responsibility of Early Dart, and Early Dart is not responsible for any change made to any AI product or third-party application. Once The Dashboard is in your hands, how you use it is your decision and your responsibility, and Early Dart has no part in it. You must still follow every law that applies to you and your business, including the laws on privacy and data protection, and it is up to you to make sure that you do.
