Where it started

The problem.

We were good at the job. We just weren’t being found for it.

Red Fox Tree Care came to us with a reputation that had outgrown its reach. Well established across North Tyneside and known for the quality of their work, the business was still reaching far fewer people than it deserved.

Robin embraced a fresh perspective from the outset, which allowed us to partner with him properly. We reset the foundations of Red Fox’s marketing and rebuilt the process behind it, working from a clear plan that put growth across the whole region first. Thinking beyond the immediate problem let us address not only the issues Robin had identified, but the wider question of where his next customers would come from.

1of 4·Where he started

A reputation bigger than its reach

The work, the reviews, the crew. Just not the reach.

Red Fox had everything a growing business needs except a marketing approach to match it. There was plenty of activity, but no structure behind it. Robin recognised the gap and wanted a partner to help him close it properly, rather than another quick fix.

Marketing, before
  1. A bit of everythingwhen there was time
  2. Switched on and offon a hunch
  3. Word of mouththe only steady source

2of 4·The strategy

A clear roadmap, built together

Ambition first. Then the plan to match it.

We stepped back from the day-to-day and looked at Red Fox as a whole. Together we set out a clear, prioritised marketing strategy, shaped around Robin’s ambitions for the business rather than a generic checklist.

3of 4·The rebuild

A marketing process that works

Structure where there had been guesswork.

With the direction agreed, we rebuilt the way Red Fox markets itself from the ground up. Every part of the process now has a purpose and a place, and Robin was involved throughout, so the business owns it.

Growth that has lasted

Sustained, not short-lived.

Enquiries now arrive from across the region, from customers who had never come across Red Fox before. Just as importantly, Robin has the confidence and the control to keep building on it.

In Robin’s words
Early Dart brought a fresh perspective from day one. They took the time to understand the business properly, and the plan we built together is still bringing in work three months later.

More than doubled the enquiries coming in.

We’d tried ads, content, agencies, nothing stuck. It was hard to tell what was actually working.
