Launchpad Pro — Sub-processors

This page lists the sub-processors that may process personal data when you use Launchpad Pro. We publish it to meet our obligations under Article 28(2) of the UK GDPR and clause 5 of our Data Processing Agreement.
To be notified of changes to this list, email contact@earlydart.com with the subject line “Sub-processor updates”.
We give 30 days’ notice before adding a new sub-processor. You may object on reasonable data-protection grounds under clause 5.4 of the DPA.

Early Dart’s own suppliers
Early Dart does not currently use any suppliers of its own that process your data beyond those listed above. Support is provided directly by Early Dart in the United Kingdom.
International transfers
Personal data is transferred to the United States. We rely on one or more of the following safeguards under Chapter V of the UK GDPR:
- a UK adequacy regulation, including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is validly certified;
- the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA); or
- the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.
Where we rely on the IDTA or the UK Addendum, we carry out a Transfer Risk Assessment in accordance with ICO guidance and apply supplementary measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
